Where is the Delivery Area?

Currently beachgreens is delivering only within the greater Long Beach area. Please inquire with us if you are outside this area and you would like to receive our service. We plan to eventually expand our delivery area, and will come to your area quicker if we know there is a demand!

When is it delivered?

Your box will be delivered on Thursdays or Friday between 9am and 5pm. We leave it at the doorstep of your house or apartment, or another location, according to your instruction. The box will be waiting for you when you get home.

What is in a box?

An assortment of seasonal and sustainably and/or organically grown fruits and vegetables, fresh from Southern California Farmers.

How much is in a box?

We offer two different box sizes:

The Studio box costs $28, and is enough food for 1 adult to eat who likes to cook at home most of the time. Or, this box could be for those whose busy schedules don't always allow them to cook at home, but like having the option of fresh food on hand!

The Original box costs $35, and is enough food for 2 adults to eat who like to cook at home most of the time.

Options:

We give you the option of what types of produce you prefer in your box based on proportions. Choices are:

• All vegetables
• All Fruit
• More Vegetables than Fruit
• More Fruit than Vegetables
• 50/50 vegetables and fruit

You have the opportunity to fill out this preference when you sign up, and it can be changed at any time, so long as it is before noon on Tuesday the week of delivery.

Please Don’t Send

While you don’t have complete control over what we might send you in a box, we definitely don’t want to send you anything you are allergic to or know you will absolutely never touch! Please be sure to fill out the ‘please don’t send’ section of the sign-up form.

Ongoing Service:

It’s easy to sign-up to receive our service, to do so, click here.

Sign up online by Tuesday at noon the week you wish to try, and you will receive a Thursday delivery. If you sign-up after noon on Tuesday, your request will AUTOMATICALLY be processed for the next week, and you will receive your delivery the next week.

If you DO NOT cancel your account, service will automatically continue, and your account will be charged. If you are satisfied with the service, and do decide to continue, you will receive a $5 credit on your account. You may receive this credit ONLY ONCE.

Weekly or Every Other Week Delivery

You will have this choice when you sign up.

Payment and Billing:

We ask you to file a credit or debit card number with us to create an account.

There are 3 ways for payment:

1. Sign up to receive weekly or every other week deliveries that will be charged on Tuesdays, after 12pm, the same week of your delivery. If at any time you wish to cancel or postpone service, you must contact us via phone or email by noon on Tuesday, the week of your scheduled delivery.
2. Pay by COD in check or cash;
3. By pre-payment of $300 or more. You will receive a 5% credit on your account.

The Referral Service: Receive a 10% credit on your account for each person you refer. This credit will be applied to your next delivery. Only one credit redeemable per delivery.

Delivery Crates:

Your deliveries will arrive in a clean sturdy produce crate. We ask that every week you leave your empty crate for us; we will collect it for reuse. As a part of your initial start-up, we ask for a small refundable deposit for the crates.

If you collect more than 3 crates, we will give you a courtesy call as a reminder to leave your crates for us on the next scheduled delivery day. If after the next scheduled delivery day, you do not leave your crates for us to collect, your account will be charged full price for each crate in your possession. (more than the deposit)

It is important to remember to leave us your empty crates, as reusing these crates helps us to reduce our environmental footprint as a company, and helps keep everyone’s costs down.
